In models like the Chrysler 300 was launched several advanced-tech security features such as adaptive cruise control, blind-spot detection, adaptive headlamps, and collision mitigation, but you will not find these features on the 200 is smaller. However, the 2013 Chrysler 200 does not come with all the standard safety items are expected, as well as top rankings pretty much across the board, from both U.S. agencies.
The federal government has tested the Chrysler 200 sedan and awarded four stars overall, with four-star scores for frontal impact, and three stars for side impact. Also, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has awarded it the 'good' scores in all areas, get the Top Safety Pick status. And in the new IIHS small overlap frontal test, it performed quite well ('acceptable') to be eligible for the new Top Safety Pick IIHS awards +.
The conversion of 200, it does not have curtain airbags of the sedan, but it does not include all the other safety equipment from the sedan. No crash-test results for the current security measures, though.
Visibility tends to be a problem in the back of the sedan, given the thick rear pillars and the beltline are a bit high, but you will not find a rearview camera and blind-spot detection on the list of choices, either.
