The 2013 Kia Optima remains, like most other Kia models, strong features and value for money.
Standard features even on the base Optima include cruise control, a USB port, satellite radio, and power windows, locks, and mirrors. Even mid-level EX trims get things like dual-zone climate control and a smart-key system, with the option of leather trim, panoramic sunroof and Infinity audio.
Stepping into sporty SX models and you get upgraded instrument cluster, black leather woven seat trim, French seams, steering wheel paddle shifters, and a lighted scuff plates. Heated-and-cooled front seats and heated rear seat exclusive classes, available in mid-level EX or SX trim.
Infotainment is the only drawback Optima features list. UVO, Kia flavors of Microsoft-written software is also sold as the Ford SYNC, has a voice command system is less than the Ford, but the issue is that if you want this system, you can not get the navigation system. And if you get the nav, you'll get the same simple Bluetooth system which has basic Optimas-by Bayan instead. Kia working on a system that integrates all of it, but it still will not be available for 2013.
