If you judge to sit, rise, or the promise of the interior, 2013 Hyundai Azera is a luxury car, not just the big sedan.
Proper fit between the Sonata and the Genesis in Hyundai's lineup, with a few inches longer wheelbase then the Sonata, the overall length of 3.5 longer than the Sonata, and add a little width, Azera offers luxurious room almost as big-brand flagships
The front seats can be adjusted for different sizes, and we like how Hyundai has put together a power-seat controls, Mercedes-Benz style, along the upper door trim. In addition to heated seats, Tech Package models include heat ventilation function-and-cooled.
Adults will find a lot of flat-out legroom in the rear, although headroom is limiting factors, there is only enough for adults is higher, due to two main niches carved out. If there is an end in the middle, they may not be happy, because the existing main and lower seat position that is particularly difficult (the back of the center console there, too).
Ingress and egress is a bit of a disappointment in the back. Taller people have to stoop and duck their heads under a curved roof line down, but only the price of fashionable exterior.
Otherwise it was a very thoughtful interior. Under the audio and climate controls, there is a large hinged bin (felted), with an additional USB port, and, and a hinged compartment next to the shift knob, it contains some cupholders. The back room is the center stack has also been used by Volvo-style tray at the bottom of it, and the center console itself has the capacity to hide a camera or small purse. Niches cupholders and bottle, along with a bag of maps, including along all the doors, too.
The Avalon also has the lowest coefficient of drag (tied with Avalon, at 0.28) of any large sedan, which helps keep the wind at bay (and help efficiency). Ride quality is superb, with just the most jarring bumps hear hear and feel in the cabin. And in that, it was quiet, very quiet-with almost all the street noise is filtered, well, you hear the sound of the engine only when accelerating hard.
