Increasing the availability of a unique appearance package for image-conscious competition, Volkswagen Beetle 2013 ranged from about $ 20,000 to just over $ 30,000 depending on your required feature set.

The $ 19,795 base Beetle comes standard with a CD player with an additional jack, leather steering wheel, 17-inch wheels and tires, and a split-folding rear seat. In this version, VW offers a package that includes Bluetooth, Fender premium sound, iPod connectivity, ambient lighting, 18-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, leatherette upholstery is stitched to look like the real thing, heated front seats, and "kaeferfach" glove box that looks like the one on vintage Beetles.

In the $ 23,365 Turbo Beetle, VW added the Bluetooth and iPod control as standard equipment, as well as ambient lighting and kaeferfach glove box. Also covered: red brake calipers, sport seats, 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler and fog lamps, a set of three additional gauges on the dashboard, flat-bottomed steering wheel and alloy pedals.

The Beetle Convertible $ 24,995 offered in base and 2.5L Turbo ($ 27,795) models, as well as TDI ($ 27,895). Convertible is available with a variety of packages that align with this Coupe, plus the addition of a selection of the "decade" that mimics the style of the '50s, '60s, and '70s. Fender Edition Beetle Convertible is also available, which adds a unique touch and appearance Fender Fender sound system.

Package includes navigation to increase prices from more than $ 3,000, and, on the coupe, you can not get navigation without a sunroof.

We recommend the Fender sound system, which uses Panasonic speakers, subwoofer (slightly smaller in the conversion due to the space requirements) and 400 watts of output for brilliant sound is given, from the stripped-down acoustic pieces to Sixties wall of sound.

Unlike many Bluetooth-streaming sound system, VW actually lets you use the steering-wheel controls to change tracks, major bypass around frustrated music. The panoramic sunroof is your best bet for fun under the sun short of the new-for-2013 Beetle Convertible, because twice the size of New Beetle panel.

Volkswagen also offers a premium audio system with SD card slot, touch screen control and navigation. An interface is colorful, well be making a five-inch LCD screen is easy to use. Optional keyless entry and pushbutton start adding near-luxury feel, but there is no option for leather at each Beetle.

VW adapt some custom trim pieces for the portfolio Beetle. There are decals Turbo life for that model, there is also the option of nameplates for cars, whether you know it as Kaefer or as a Bug or a Beetle, good old. Some body-color trim makes its way into the cabin, too, in a very winning touch.

Volkswagen also includes a free basic maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles, including synthetic oil changes.
