The 2013 Honda Odyssey has the best-in-class fuel economy ratings, thanks to Variable Cylinder Management - a system that gives an excellent mileage in the real world as well, provided you're not too much of a rush.
Odyssey Touring and Touring Elite models (which has a six-speed automatic transmission) gets 19/28 rating, while the Odyssey LX and EX trims have a five-speed version and now carries an EPA rating of 18 mpg city, 27 highway. As such, they rank a few mpg better than the Toyota Sienna and Dodge Grand Caravan.
In short, if you need three rows of seats and wants, regular non-hybrid powertrain, the Odyssey is to choose the most fuel-efficient.
