2013 GMC Acadia potential to make good use of the space under the rather square profile, with the seating comfort is excellent and the cabins, strict quiet - although the floor sits a bit higher than in some other crossover vehicles.
The Acadia continues to offer excellent-configurable, flexible seating, with room for seven or eight passengers. A third-row seat is included in all Acadia models, and offers some of the most useful space outside minivan design. And if you choose buckets instead of the bench for the second row, very easy access to the third row.
Luxury front seats with heating and ventilation on Denali models. Overall, they offer a high seating position is excellent and a good outdoor visibility. Whether you go for a captain or a bench seat in the back you get the adult-sized accommodations (they are also heated and cooled in Denali), and they slide fore and aft for more room in the third row.
Children (or parents) might find the third-row seat a little easier to access with the layout of the captains chairs in the second row - with what GMC calls aisle seat - but in any case it is a little harder than in the minivan because the floors were a bit high . A Smart Slide feature not flip up the rear seat cushion and fold the front seats, though, for easier access back there. The third line looks low to the floor, but it's actually not bad for adults, if it's just a short stint out for dinner.
Cargo space is great - as long as you do not use the third row seats. With the third row up, Acadia has 24 cubic feet for cargo space, fold down the second and third seat row, and it was revealed 116 cubic feet of space. GMC also offers that you can bring the 48-inch-wide drywall and plywood. The only catch is that the Acadia load floor that sits a bit higher than in some other crossovers, so the piece of furniture may not fit as well. And for a short driver, power tailgate may be a necessity.
Acadia Interior is tight and quiet, with good damping road, wind and engine noise, and for 2013 the new dual-flow shock absorbers and struts offer a balance of ride-and-handling is better. The Acadia kept simple layout, although Denali new profit model capacitive controls audio and climate functions, with many lineup getting Color Touch system called infotainment.
GMC has also improved interior materials throughout the lineup, including the 2013 Acadia more soft-touch materials, French stitching, and red ambient lighting. SLT and Denali models also get aluminum accents, with additional satin-chrome accents, perforated leather and mahogany inserts on Denali. The Denali also gets even quieter interior with exclusive acoustic package.
