Levels of EPA 2013 Scion FR-S at 22 mpg city and 30 mpg highway with six-speed manual transmission standard, and slightly better mpg 25/34 with the six-speed automatic optional. The numbers are pretty good for a sports car, light reflecting FR-S and low-displacement four-cylinder engine. In our tests, we observed highway gas mileage higher than the EPA registered, very cautious driver may find the FR-S to be more efficient.
