Since 2013 Subaru BRZ is an all-new models, built with an entirely new structure, we have not been able to verify the standards for occupant protection. But the Subaru BRZ stressed that the structure it does have a safety and weight savings in mind, the structure of the extensive use of high tensile-strength steel, and borrowing the security-ring structure used in other models of the brand.
So far it has proved himself well, because BRZ have earned Top Safety Pick status from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
In addition to multi-mode stability control, four-channel ABS, electronic brake-force distribution, Brake Assist and Brake Override all included, and although the BRZ does not have all-wheel drive like the rest of the Subaru lineup, we'll bet that the responsible handling and predictable bound to be an asset in avoiding accidents.
For a sports car, outdoor visibility is quite good at BRZ-thanks to fairly low beltline and plenty of room windows.
